How to Apply

Step 2 — Purchase the Application Fee

All vendors submit a non-refundable $10 application fee to apply.

This fee allows us to intentionally organize each market — giving time and care to reviewing submissions, building a balanced vendor mix, and creating an experience where vendors are set up to succeed.

How this supports you:

Helps prevent over-saturation in any single category

Encourages a diverse range of offerings and perspectives

Supports behind-the-scenes planning, promotion, and coordination

Contributes to a stronger overall market experience for vendors and attendees alike

Step 3 — Complete Your Application

Once your application fee is submitted, you’ll receive a link to complete your vendor application.

Step 4 — Community Review

Each application is thoughtfully reviewed by a rotating community-based review team, allowing us to bring fresh perspectives into every market season.

Because space is limited, not every application can be accommodated for every event. Our goal is to create a lineup that feels dynamic, inclusive, and representative of the broader creative community — while leaving room for both new and returning vendors.

If you’re not selected for a particular market, you are wholeheartedly encouraged to apply again. Many vendors are accepted in future rounds, and we truly value your interest in being part of the Zenith community.

We are committed to building a diverse, vibrant, and balanced lineup. Our curation process ensures that we don't oversaturate specific categories, giving every selected vendor a better opportunity for success and providing our attendees with a high-quality, unique shopping experience.

Important Terms & Conditions:

  • Non-Refundable: This fee covers the administrative costs of the jurying and curation process. It is non-refundable, regardless of the final acceptance decision.

  • No Guarantee of Acceptance: Payment of this fee does not guarantee a spot in the market. Each application is reviewed based on product quality, brand alignment, and the current needs of the market's specific lineup.

  • Application Process: Once your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive a digital download (PDF). This document contains the link to our Official Vendor Application Form. You must complete that form to be considered for the market.
